According to me, from birth to six or seven years of age, we enjoy a lot without any tension, stress, or competition. At that age, any person can enjoy their cold desires completely. But after that, in the race of life, we forgot to enjoy our little happy moments. We forget to live with small desires when we feel the burden of life, stress, and the meaning of losing and winning.
We set some goals for our lives; we want to achieve success, but in all of that, we forget that small achievements are also very important for us because those small achievements empower us for much more. So we should celebrate our small achievements for happiness in life.
When we celebrate and appreciate our cold desires, many problems can be solved easily because, after some refreshment and a relaxed mind, we can easily think right. That's the power of cold desires, or little happiness, which mostly do not have any specific reason because sometimes we just feel happy.
